User Data Deletion Instructions – Growlytics AI

You can request deletion of your data from Growlytics AI at any time. We will permanently remove your account and all associated data from our systems.

How to Request Data Deletion

Follow these steps:

1. Send an email to support@vektosys.com
2. Include the email address associated with your Growlytics AI account
3. Clearly state that you want your account and data deleted

Once we receive your request, we will permanently delete all connected social media data, stored analytics, and your account information within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation when the deletion is complete.

Revoking Access from Social Platforms

You can also revoke Growlytics AI's access to your connected accounts directly from the respective platform settings. This stops us from accessing new data but does not delete data we have already stored. For full deletion, please use the email process above.

• Google (YouTube): Go to Google Account → Security → Third-party apps with account access, find Growlytics AI, and remove access.
• Facebook / Instagram: Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, find Growlytics AI (or the app name used for login), and remove it.
